Tasfeer of Sooratun-Nisaa (4), Ayaah 64.

Ibnul-Qayyim (rahimahullaah) said,

‘Since Allaah – the One free of all imperfections – knew that those to whom the Messenger was sent
would certainly wrong themselves, and follow their desires, He guided them to that which would repel
the evil of that wrong and remove its causes…..

Shaikh ‘Abdur-Rahmaan ibn Naasir as-Sa’dee (rahimahullaah) Tafseer on Soorah an-Nahl (16), Aayah 36.

Meaning: “And verily, We have sent among every Ummah (community, nation) a Messenger
(proclaiming): “Worship Allaah (Alone), and avoid Tâghût (all false deities, etc. i.e. do not
worship Tâghût besides Allaah). Then of them were some whom Allaah guided and of them
were some upon whom the straying was justified.”
